Paul is a seasoned criminal lawyer with over a decade of experience in criminal law.
Admitted as a solicitor in 2010, Paul worked for Legal Aid NSW and was a trial advocate for the Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT) where he managed a busy practice in the Local and District Courts of New South Wales, and made significant contributions to the common law in a number of appeals to the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Since coming to the Bar in 2022, Paul has broadened his reach to NCAT, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Court of Criminal Appeal. He advocates regularly in the Northern Territory for the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA).
Paul is able to blend his advocacy experience with a pragmatic and strategic approach to litigation and is a respected presence in criminal courts throughout New South Wales.
