Simon has been practising at the New South Wales Bar since September 2012.
Simon’s main area of practice is personal injury with a focus on workers compensation and common law actions against employers and cross-over third party claims including complex matters involving multiple defendants. Two areas of particular interest are causation in workplace injuries and psychological injuries.
Simon acts for both Plaintiffs and Defendants together with various corporate clients and representing a number of self insurers and prides himself in providing pragmatic advice to his clients.
Simon appears regularly in the Supreme and District Courts of NSW and the Personal Injury Commission of NSW.
He is a regular presenter at legal conferences and continuing professional development seminars.
Outside of work Simon enjoys riding his mountain bike and owns a Great Dane.
