Edward has a mixed practice and accepts briefs in a variety of matters but has a primary focus on family and criminal law matters.

Edward was admitted as a solicitor in 2016 and was called to the bar in 2021.

While working as a solicitor, Edward worked for an Aboriginal Legal Aid service in Alice Springs, Legal Aid NSW, and in several private practices.

Edward regularly appears in family law proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA), criminal proceedings in the Local and District Courts, as well as personal injury matters in the Personal Injury Commission and District Court. He also appears in relation to Family Provision matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Edward has a broad pro-bono practice and an extensive background of volunteering including at the Midjudburi Youth Resource Centre at Marrickville and the Inner City Legal Centre at Kings Cross.

Edward has chambers in both Newcastle (Hunter Street) and Sydney (Queens Square).
